Products
Our food products are vacuum-packed. Storage instructions and expiry date are shown on each product’s label.
Orders, prices and shipping
Prices are shown in euro. Shipping costs, calculated by destination country and order amount, are displayed before you confirm your purchase. Delivery times and rates are described in the Shipping policy.
Breakage and tampering
If you notice any anomaly or breakage on delivery, you must refuse the parcel or note what you observed. In any case, Società Agricola Valserena undertakes to replace and resend the damaged product at its own expense.
Right of withdrawal
For perishable food products (Parmigiano Reggiano and derivatives) the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Art. 59(1)(d) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Art. 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The protection provided for damaged, defective or non-conforming products remains unaffected (see the Refund policy).
For non-perishable products (for example accessories), consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt by writing to info@valserena.com. The product must be returned within 14 days of the notice, intact and in its original packaging; return costs are borne by the consumer. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Warranty
Società Agricola Valserena guarantees the conformity of its products. If a product is spoiled or unfit for consumption on receipt, you can report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@valserena.com, attaching photos of the product and packaging, and you will receive a replacement or a refund. Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
Invoicing
The invoice is issued and enclosed with the shipping documents, delivered together with the goods.

Governing law
Contracts are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where the consumer resides.
