The Valserena farm shop is the direct sales outlet of the oldest Parmigiano Reggiano dairy still in operation, in Gainago di Torrile, a few minutes from Parma. Here you can buy all the agings of our Parmigiano Reggiano Solo di Bruna®, from 12 months up to the extremely rare reserve over 70 months, choose the size you prefer and get advice directly from those who make it every day.
