Our products are vacuum-packed.

 Shipping and deliveries

The requested goods, well packaged, are entrusted to the DLS courier which guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 3 working days from the shipping date for packages up to 30 kg.
Shipments are made on Monday and Tuesday to avoid goods being held up.

 Breakages and tampering

In the event of anomalies or breakages found at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse the package or make a note of what was observed. Società Agricola Valserena, in any case, undertakes to replace and resend the damaged product at its own expense, according to the "satisfaction or your money back" formula.

 Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 185/99, the communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. This communication may also be anticipated by fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.

 Returns

According to Legislative Decree 185/99, returns must be made within 15 working days from receipt of the goods.

 Refunds

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The only costs borne by the returner are those relating to the return of the product.

 Invoicing

The invoice will be issued attached to the shipping documentation and delivered at the same time as the goods.

 Warranty

Società Agricola Valserena recognizes a full warranty on products that are deteriorated and no longer suitable for food consumption at the time of product receipt.
