Once you reach the threshold, we will contact you by email with the personalized code to enter at checkout. The code is linked to your account.
Can I use the code on all products?
Yes, the code is valid on the entire price list of valserena.com, without exceptions.
What happens if I reach a higher threshold?
You automatically receive the code for the higher level — Silver or Gold Card — with the updated discount.
Does the program renew every year?
Yes. Every year starts from zero. If you reach the threshold by December 2026, your discount is guaranteed for all of 2027.
